ABOUT US GoodSmith & Co., Incorporated, was founded in January 1984 in Costa Mesa, California, as a specialized corporate financial services and investment banking corporation.  The company is a United States corporation formed under the laws of the state of California. Throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, the firm operated from offices in Costa Mesa, CA, New York, NY, and Walnut Creek, CA, as it participated in transactions on behalf of clients throughout the United States.  Through growth and acquisitions, the company expanded its base of knowledge and experience in specialized corporate financing, focusing specifically in equipment leasing, leveraged leasing, secured financing, and highly structured transactions. In 1997, the firm moved its headquarters to Long Beach, California, where it continues to provide professional investment banking and corporate financial advisory services on an international scale, representing clients throughout the world. GoodSmith & Co. has represented hundreds of corporate and institutional clients, including leasing companies, corporate investors, banks, equipment vendors and suppliers, equipment lessees, real estate developers, and other participants in highly structured financing transactions.  The firm has been directly involved in more than US$3 billion in corporate financings and transactions.
